I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. What now?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. We'll do our best to update the information before your order ships.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Absolutely! You can make changes before we start shipping it (24 hours after placing the order). This includes modifications to product specifications, quantities, and other details. Just reach out to us with your requested changes, and we'll ensure your Anavelle order is exactly how you want it.

Where is my tracking number?

We're here to help! Preparing your package carefully to ensure everything is there takes us a little time. Especially when we are running sales. Currently it takes between 1-4 business days to process your order and get it shipped out. No need to send us a message if 5 business days hasn't passed yet ;). We'll send over the tracking number as soon as we have it! Your patience is very much appreciated, and we guarantee it will be worth it!

What's the average shipping time?

Great question! We like to think of our shipping process as a dance. Making sure everything is perfectly put together. Currently, it takes us between 1-4 business days to prepare your package. This number is based on current demand. Your order will then be shipped to you. For European orders, expect between 2-7 business days for delivery after processing time. Rest assured, your life-changing Anavelle face mask is on it's way to you! We haven't forgotten about you!
